1. About ScriptWing

ScriptWing is a software application operated by an individual developer under the trading name ScriptWing.

Any references to “ScriptWing”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the individual operating this product and not to a registered company or legal entity.

2. Personal Use License

ScriptWing is licensed for personal, individual use only. A purchase grants a lifetime license for a single user on their personal device. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial sublicensing is not permitted.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

ScriptWing respects your privacy and collects only the minimum information required to provide access to the software.

• Email address (used solely for account identification and license management)

ScriptWing does not collect camera data, screen content, audio recordings, or personal documents.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for ScriptWing are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.

Refunds, taxes, and payment handling are governed by Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms .

5. Disclaimer

ScriptWing is provided on an “as is” basis and is intended to assist users during presentations and meetings. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with organizational policies, academic rules, and applicable laws.
